Police Brutality

Break thou the arm of the wicked and the evil man: seek out his wickedness till thou find none. - Psalm 10:15

One of the literal main problems African-Americans, and others around the world, have faced is police brutality. Tragically, many have lost their lives at the hands of some who were sworn to protect it. This is a social evil that continues but must be stopped. There is no quick, easy fix. We must do what we can to peacefully protect ourselves.

In many recent cases, there was resistance from the civilian. A struggle ended with severe injuries or death. Considering what we have repeatedly witnessed, if and when a civilian resists and experiences brutality, did they bring it on themselves or should they defend and stand up for their rights at any cost?
