Black History

The Lord hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad. - Psalm 126:3

Today is February 1, 2021. Happy Black History Month! There are those who object to acknowledging it. I completely understand that. For sure, we have a rich history that could fill text books and provide education throughout the year. However, let us build on what we have until we get to that point.

We have come a long way and overcome many major obstacles. God has been good to us. We are a beautiful, strong people. Yet, we face the ugliness of racism and discrimination. While we continue to fight that enemy, we can not ignore the enemy within. As we struggle for our rights we do not want to self-destruct. Stay connected and let’s talk about it.
