My First Smoothie

And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. - Genesis 1:29

So, I completed the Daniel Fast from January 11 - 31, 2021. To make it as pleasant as possible, I did something really different. I have a blender that has been sitting on the counter collecting dust for years. After cleaning it, I put a variety of fresh fruit with coconut almond milk in it and mixed it up. OMG! It was delicious. I need to give this concoction a name. I think I will call it…a smoothie. Ha!
