Fear Free

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. - Psalm 27:2-3

There are many benefits that come with being in right-relationship with God. One is the ability to live without being controlled by fear. God created all things and is all-powerful. He is invincible and impenetrable. Therefore, even when facing adversity and opposition that should overwhelm the average person, you can maintain your peace under His covering. You do not have to fight back or even worry as others may do. You can stand in confidence knowing your enemies do not have a chance no matter how powerful they may appear. Actually, Christians fight with spiritual weapons, like prayer, praise, and faithfully serving in His temple. With these weapons we have supernatural strength and the greatest power. So, your enemies will fall as long as you stand with God.
