A Season of Isolation

Someone once told me that there's always isolation before elevation. Moses was isolated in the desert before becoming the deliverer. Joseph was isolated in the pit and prison before becoming second-in-command in Egypt. David was isolated in the sheepfold before becoming king. Jesus was isolated in the grave before being resurrected then seated at the right hand of God. After trying to run from God, Jonah was isolated in the belly of the fish before he finally obeyed. Many people have been isolated in prison before getting their act together. A caterpillar is isolated in a cocoon before becoming a butterfly. So, embrace your season of isolation, and let it serve its purpose. Everybody will not understand what's happening in your life. But, don't bother trying to explain. They'll catch on after you rise up.
